Benito Juárez, with its 15-year history, is a well-established Tex-Mex restaurant known for its delicious food and refreshing margaritas. It has 12 locations in Colombia and one in Miami, making it a popular choice for Tex-Mex cuisine enthusiasts.
The restaurant was founded by Karen and her husband, Luis, with the mission of making Mexican food accessible in Barranquilla. Despite the initial scarcity and high prices of Mexican gastronomy, Benito Juárez successfully introduced an affordable and innovative dining concept. Today, the restaurant continues to offer a unique culinary experience with its delectable Tex-Mex dishes and signature margaritas, all made with the freshest ingredients. Its warm and inviting atmosphere makes it the perfect place for families.

My enchiladas tasted like pizza. Not Mexican food flavors at all. Rice was horrible with an aftertaste that I couldn’t eat. Left all of my food at the table! Restaurant didn’t care.

We had an incredible time at Benito Juarez in Miami! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and attentive service. The food was absolutely fantastic—our fish tacos were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the fresh guacamole, made tableside, was a delightful touch. The highlight of the evening was the live Mariachi band, which added an authentic and festive atmosphere to our experience. Whether you’re looking for delicious Mexican cuisine or a lively dining experience, Benito Juarez is a must-visit!

Excellent food and drinks, nice decor, but the service was lacking at the beginning. It took 30 minutes for the waitress to come to our table and that’s only because I asked if someone could tend to us. Otherwise there was good music, excellent food and drink, so much that it was the best taco we have ever had (tacos de la plaza)! Recommend you get the table side guac (amazing) and the churros for dessert! Loved that they have a sign and they put your name on it when they come sing happy birthday! Will be back!

We had a great experience at Benito Juarez. The food and the service was incredible. They had really good live music but sometimes it was difficult to have a conversation due to the music being a bit louder.

Super cute immersive place, a large room but still felt intimate. All of the food was tasty and I love that they made the guacamole table side. Our server was so nice and accommodating for a friend who is a vegetarian.

The menu had a lot to offer and we enjoyed all of our dishes. My only ding to this place was that the waitress tried to guilt us into giving her an additional tip on top of the mandatory / included 18%. She went through a long winded explanation of how she has to share the 18% and would get to keep all of the extra tip for herself.
