It’s unfortunate that this place is in a hotel but once you get through the hotel lobby, the restaurant is very nice and nicely decorated. I would give the food for 4/5 out five stars, and unfortunately the wait staff just seemed unhappy and uninterested. The owner however did come to our table to check and and find out how the food was. Regardless of my rating, I think it’s a great place to dine if you are staying at that hotel. Full bar and great variety of foods.

We were seated and waited a bit for drinks. We ordered our food which took quite a while to come out. All of us ordered a salad with our meal. The first dinner came with the salad along with one other salad. We waited 15 minutes before someone got up to go look for the manager to find the rest of our dinners and salads. It was kind that our meals were comped by the restaurant, but I did see the table next to us having the same problem as well as the table behind us. I understand that they were very busy, the waitress was working very hard trying to keep everyone happy. Management should have been in the kitchen helping organize it better.

Stubbled upon this restaurant and it was pretty good. Reasonable prices, service was attentive. Music was fantastic and low so you could still hear but have a conversation. Would recommend. They are having a thanksgiving buffet for $25 per person and we are coming back for that.

Our 4 meals were excellent and the portions were plentiful. We had chicken Marsala, chicken picatta, lasagna, and potatoe gnocchi. Service was shorthand’s but efficient. We have eaten at Benjamin’s’s many times and have never been disappointed.

Great atmosphere. Amazing lounge singer/entertainment. Service very slow but definitely understaffed.

There were six of us for dinner. The food was outstanding. However, we had to wait a long time for the drinks to be served and an extraordinary amount of time for the food to be delivered. Also one of the meals was not served along the other five and when it was finally served it was undercooked. To the restaurant's credit we were not charged for the undercooked meal. The waitress was doing the best she could but the bartender and cook were either slow or swamped.

Our first time trying Benjamin’s restaurant and we loved it! We will definitely be back. It’s such a great value for the great food selection and ambiance.
