While the food was great - the hostess lacked human connection. She could have been more creative with the seating arrangement. Table of four was used to seat two from our party and a separate table of 2 was used for the rest.

I just celebrated my birthday with my sestras staff are welcoming and warm I highly recommend tom yum soup And Phad Thai noodles It was a soumptous meal We will be back to try the business lunch

What a superb restaurant. We had a reservation for 9pm last night for 6 people but 4 of us were significantly delayed at the conference we were attending. Staff were so welcoming & patient. The service was efficient & well-paced. As for the food, sublime! 4 of us ordered the Signature Set Menu. Each course was beautifully presented & the flavours & quality were simoly perfect. All of us walked away very happy with our meal & our experience.

The worse and most embarrassing dining experience I have had since arriving in the UAE 11 years ago. I called first the hotel to make a reservation and ask a few general questions about the place. Family had just recently moved to the UAE and they had a craving for Thai foo, my first and only suggestion was Dusit Thani. Was told that they restaurant was busy and they will give them number and someone would call me back and I could make a reservation online through their website. The callback Never happened. made my reservation online, got a confirmation email so I thought I was good to go for an good time with my family. We arrived at the Hotel, first problem was the valet parking attendant apparently didnt know how to drive a manual transmission car and after he almost grind half the gears I had to tell him to get out of my car and that I would park it myself. Second, and most embarrassing, when we asked for directions to the restaurant we were told " ohhh we are sorry, they are closed today" . I could not believe that they would allow anyone to make a reservation on a day one of their restaurants is closed. we ended up going to Desert Tulip in Al Bandar and couldnt have asked for a better experience at a less fancy restaurant.

Benjarong is one of our go-to restaurants! The ambiance is wonderful and the service is impeccable. Hospitality is to be expected but the staff go above and beyond to accommodate their guests!

Shockingly poor service. The two waitresses were run off their feet - they were literally running. Clearly there were not enough staff. After just less than an hour we received our food and some of it was cold. We had to send a plate back for nuking. Everybody was complaining. Food was really good, but the service definitely would put me off coming back. Disappointing.
