Very annoyed with Berber. I made reservations for Saturday night well in advance and had to pay a deposit of over $100 and a few weeks before the date I got an email saying my reservation is cancelled because someone bought out the whole place. Then I emailed them 3 times over several weeks to ask about the refund of my deposit and they never even replied. Tried to call them but of course they don't answer the phone and the voicemailbox is full. Now I am going to have to contact my credit card company to get my deposit back. Really poor customer service.

We came here on a recommendation from a good friend. The management was wonderful and accommodating. The staff was great. The dinner was excellent! We would definitely go there again. Thank you very much for making this happen. :-)

Such a wonderful experience. The guitar player was so talented. The show was super fun! The food and service was outstanding. The people that own the restaurant are super friendly! The staff are so kind! What a great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I highly recommend and will return. My 20 year old daughter loved it as well! Bravo! Thanks for a wonderful evening and experience!

Reserved a table based on a friends recommendation for NYE. Food was actually quite delicious and the service was good overall as well. The price was a typical NYE markup. The performers are talented but the show itself felt very cheesy and forced. Also the crowd just sucked in that backroom, nobody was into the show. The show also felt rushed as performers were back and forth between the front and back rooms. Dinner ended up lasting almost 3 hours and my friends and I were sick of sitting for so long. Kills any party energy for NYE. I wouldn’t pay the NYE prices to go here but a regular weekday show is probably fine.

They require you to call to cancel your reservation, but if you call it goes to voicemail, and then they charge you for no-show. Warning! It’s a scam.

I took my sister from DC here for a surprise dinner. It was the best ever. The people are all just delightful and the food so delicious. The entertainment was so much fun and so professional. We are going to make this an annual sister event. So many thanks to all at Berber for making this a truly memorable and special evening to be remembered. You will be awed!

We attended the dinner show and all 7 of us (ages 22 - 66) absolutely loved the evening. The instant we entered the restaurant we were transported to an exotic destination beyond imagination, pulsing with energy, mystery and magic. Highly recommend, great for a group or date night.
