   Well to start before I was seated I was told that we only had the table for 1 1/2 hrs. I find this rude being that I should have been told this when I booked so I could make my decision then rather when I’m standing there. I worked in this industry for over 20 years and thats really not the best way to greet a customer. One would think that since this is a timing thing that once seated a server would come right over get a drink order or at least some acknowledgement but instead it took about 6 minute for anyone to come by. The service was sub par, clearly not the kind of treatment a well seasoned and trained server gives. The food was ok. Broccolini was flavorless and the pizza was decent but nothing I need to come back for. Honestly i wasn’t expecting the food to blow me away but had the host not have been so inappropriate and the server actually know his job I would have had a way more forgiving review. If your going to have a restaurant you might want to know the basic rules of customer service, it really makes a difference.

   First time here. Food was great but we felt rushed through. Server would come by ask if we were ready to order and then say "no rush" and literally turn up again a minute later. We order a bunch of items and server says -I'm going to put the whole order in now as the kitchen is busy. The food literally starts showing up minutes later. We eat and shared a dessert and poof check is on the table. We're informed they need the table back in 10 minutes. We pay the check and I couldn't help but notice the server manually increased the tip up from the default 20% - seriously?? Food was good but there's plenty of good food in SF -I won't be back.

   Our waitress was very helpful with informing us about the best dishes on the menu. I had the lasagna which was delicious. The place was popular with almost all tables full on a rare rainy night.

   Waiter was lovely and worked hard. He did have the whole floor which was a lot. The food was good, probably not incredible. The coffee, sadly was bitter. The atmosphere was great.

   Came here for restaurant week, we were not given a restaurant week menu. We asked an employee about the restaurant week menu right away and he said yes we’re doing restaurant week let me go check and never came back. We couldn’t really hear our waiter but he barely spoke to us and was clearly avoiding taking orders or interacting with customers. All of our food came out about 20-30 mins apart. We had the arancini come out within 5 minutes of ordering and were waiting for the Brussels sprouts we ordered for long enough that we gave up on waiting and had the arancini, which was almost cold by that time and tasted okay. We liked the brussels sprouts. My pasta came out almost 30 minutes before my friend’s pasta, so by the time I ate mine it was cold. From the time we ordered we heard from our server once before he gave us the check. He never asked us how the food was or checked in with us about the wait. Overall, bad service and really bland food. I’ve never written a bad review about any restaurants I’ve dined at in the past, but this experience was particularly disappointing and I don’t think others should waste time and money on this place. This was my second time dining here, first time service was bad as well. For the price, there are a lot of great Italian places in the city I would go to instead.

    Great food, been here multiple times now! Nice touch with a slice of Tiramisu on the house since I had mentioned it was my wife’s birthday.
