The worst service we have received in years. Our waiter was rude, ignored us, and made us feel unwelcome. Wildly disappointing as this was the first night in NYC while staying at the OMNI after a long day of travel. We had 2 more reservations there for breakfast this week, canceled them both and won’t ever go back.

Was very disappointed with our dinners, I have had better steaks at a dinner. Maybe you guys had a bad night, but for the price it was not NYC food!

Food is excellent. The evening wait staff was not particularly friendly. They seemed disinterested. When I first entered the restaurant, a number of staff saw me waiting to be seated but never made a move to greet me. I must have waited a good 15 minutes before anyone approached me. That said, the waitress I had for breakfast was excellent!! Very pleasant!

Service was not what we would have expected from a hotel breakfast. Frenetic, disorganized and just odd. Food was OK. Old school. Not much in the way of healthy or innovative. Lots of space for a quiet meeting.
