   The service was terrible. I really wish the hospitality industry would prioritize proper training over just hiring for appearances. Our drinks took forever to arrive, and when mine finally did, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I decided to keep it rather than wait even longer. We ordered a medium steak, but it was overcooked. However, we didn’t send it back since we had plans afterward and didn’t want to wait. Instead of ordering more food like we would have liked or even dessert, we decided to leave hungry. My girls and I still made the best of the night, but I doubt I’ll be back!

   We tried 7-8 items and enjoyed every single one of them! Great atmosphere as well! 10/10 rating and I’m picky!

   Sigh. I had high hopes for this place but I should’ve known what it was gonna be once I saw the “grass wall” on the outside. I don’t care what you saw on TikTok, you will be underwhelmed. The concept is cute but poorly and cheaply executed (fake flowers from Hobby Lobby and Temu neon signs everywhere). I think they should stick to being a bar and not a restaurant. For the price point, the service and food should be way better. $20 to valet, you cannot self-park. We got there at 6:30p (they open at 6), and it took 30+ min to get our first drink. They charged us for water and didn’t tell us. The patatas bravas were very salty. The bartender is EXTREMELY light-handed with the alcohol in the cocktails. Needless to say, I will not be back.

   Service was abysmal. It was my first time dining here. No one was at the host stand, it took 3 different workers to have 1 finally seat us (it was not busy). Our server made it a point to rush us with our ordering. Did not make any recommendations, did not create any sort of memorable experience as I saw our food runner more than her. The drinks were good but not consistent in taste / pour. (First drink was stronger than the second time I ordered it.) The food was flavorful. However, for the price point and terrible service, I would not be back. I wish this place so much success but they really need to re-evaluate who is working their floor and FOH.

   I have to review this restaurant with low rating this wasn’t my first time in this place. The first time I visit them. I had a good experience so I decide to come back but this time my reservation was at 10:15 when I arrive they told me they’re gonna close the restroom because they have some kind of issue and they’re gonna shut down the restaurant for the night. I understand things happens but nobody call me to let me know that is gonna happen before I arrive to the restaurant so I can decide to go somewhere else. They wait till I arrive so the hostess had told me they not gonna let us in because they have some kind of issue happening in the restaurant we pay for the valet and a minute later we have to get out so we just go and waste money on the vet because they never call me to let me know. They gonna cancel my reservation because something happening the restaurant. I think this is unprofessional!!

   I had a great experience at Beso! The food was delicious—everything was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. The service was attentive and friendly, making the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was the fun and lively ambiance. After 10 PM, the atmosphere completely transformed with a live DJ, adding an energetic vibe that made the night even more memorable.    Just know this: Beso is a bar with a kitchen. A nightclub, more accurately. It is not a restaurant. It is a bar that serves pretty good bar food and then converts to a nightclub. Fried chicken balls, overcooked broccolini, and expensive drinks. It's overpriced, and to be avoided before 10:00 PM. Having said that, my partner did like her shrimp tacos ... so there is that.
