    Was very foo-foo. Did not like the 4% extra surcharge for workers’ health benefits, etc. that they tack on. They did have it in fine print on the menu. They did say you could ask the server to remove it, but why would I look like a d***head and ask to remove it? How awkward is that??!

    Bestia completely lived up to its name! We got the scallop crudo, bone marrow gnocchetti, mushroom agnolotti, squid ink pasta, and the branzino. The crudo was the star of the show but we enjoyed all the dishes. The som even helped us pair a nice, fresh and bright white wine that paired well with our food.  If I had to complain about some thing it would be that we were seated outside (it was covered and had heaters). I hope we get seated in the restaurant the next time!
