Had a lovely evening with dinner at Betsy's. Started at the bar with a cocktail, felt like a 1940's bar, just terrific. Ate dinner on the patio with Oscar doing a great job of service. Food was very good but the ambiance and service were the highlights.

Aliza, our waiter went more than the extra mile for us,giving us more popovers, butter and jam that we had for breakfast the next day. The Thanksgiving Day menu was lavish and even though it was packed, everything was timed well and the ambience outside has been improved by the closing of Ocean Drive on that stretch. Interesting art installations are always fun during Art Week, but the grandeur of the place makes it a unique stop at any time of the year.

Beautiful outside seating. Choices on menu diverse and delicious. Calamari appetizer was best of 5 restaurants I had Calamari at. Server was excellent , informative, and fun. Turkey dinner was good. Grilled shrimp on salad was delicious. A bit too much dressing. Drinks divine. A special place to eat!!!

Thanksgiving brunch at The Betsy Hotel was unforgettable! Sharon welcomed us with such warmth, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, with every dish perfectly prepared. Alek, our waiter, went above and beyond, offering impeccable service with genuine care and attention to detail. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, making it the perfect holiday celebration. Thank you, Sharon, Alek, and The Betsy team—we can’t wait to return!

I cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality provided by Valerie, Carlos, and Alek. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family, and their attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from personalized recommendations to their genuine warmth and care. The food was absolutely delicious, but it was their exceptional service that truly stood out. They are the kind of hosts who make you want to come back again and again. Absolutely excellent restaurant. The staff are lovely their food is really amazing. We had a lovely table inside and listened to the pianist whilst we had our dinner. This is our favourite restaurant in Miami area. We have been here a few times and it is always really good. The ambiance of the entire place is chilled out and very professional. Great vibe.

Food was good just was a little off tasting. We had the fillets. The mashed potatoes were on another level good

It was delicious food and great ambience!! They are very gluten free accommodating and understanding of allergies/sensitivities. I recommend the branzino fish and the jalapeño whipped potatoes.
