Good for special occasions

The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi. The large tiled foyer of the great Michelin building remains, and it’s great for a glass of fizz and a few oysters (there are always many varieties to choose from), and also perfect to stay a bit longer for a more leisurely lunch or dinner.
Expect plenty of fresh seafood; oysters, langoustine and the signature seafood platters - alongside a comprehensive yet affordable wine list.

As well as dining inside the main "house", there are seats outside in the semi-open courtyard, and also in the prime spot of streetside on Fulham Road. If it does turn a little chilly, there are also some luxury blankets…

The quality of the food was poor. The lobster was dry and tiny. The staff were exceptional as usual but badly let down by the kitchen.

Great as always, when my sons pasta wasn’t good they removed it from the bill and gave him free ice cream. Very much appreciated. Service at the highest level!
