   Second time to dine at Bibi Ji. It was just as exceptional as the first time. The food is wonderful, great attention to detail, and the service was warm and on-point.

   Bibi Ji is a fantastic spot for excellent Indian food. I loved the Makhni Dal, from Rajat Parr's mother's recipe. Everything is delicious and authentic. With the dinner, I enjoyed the Bibi Ji Orange Wine from the Parr's Real Wine company. The chef, Israel Romero, has learned well from founding chefs Jessai and Gary Singh. The new space is lively, bright and modern and very much busier than the old location. Congratulations to Alejandro Medina for a very successful move and renovation.

   The serving sizes for the entrée were the size of an appetizer for entrée price. It did not have the flavors that an authentic Indian restaurant would have. My wife and I ordered the panir tikka and malai kebab. The chicken was dry, and the only sauce that was served with the dishes was a mint chutney. We would have expected to be served some authentic Indian sauces to accompany the dishes. We ordered 2 types of naan and what came out to us was 4 medium pieces of naan. We also had to pay for the rice, which in many other Indian restaurants comes complimentary with the entrées.

   We love the restaurant and the food. Unfortunately, this evening, a couple was dining inside with a very large dog (just slightly smaller than a Great Dane), and they were seated quite close to us. My husband has a serious allergy to dogs, so much so that sometimes, with exposure in closed spaces, he goes into respiratory distress and can't get air. We had to rush our meal and get him out of there quickly before any serious problems occurred. Otherwise, our next stop would have been Cottage Hospital.

   Delicious, creative preparations. If in doubt ask the server. Mysore and Beet Pooriyal were both super good as was butter chicken. Hard surfaces can make for a noisy but energetic room.

   Food experience here was amazing! We took a risk after seeing this listed on Eater. Naan was super fluffy, the Dahl was delish…the butter chicken was so rich and ridiculously tasty. I also ordered the tandoori chicken which had a really great char on it along with a fresh cucumber salad. Def coming back for round two.

   Interesting food, but lights very bright and the acoustics need work - it felt very noisy despite being not too full.

    Bibi Ji offers a solid Indian dining experience that feels approachable and flavorful. Indian food can sometimes be intimidating, but the menu here is easy to navigate, making it a good option for a range of diners. While it’s not the most authentic take on Indian cuisine, the dishes still stand out in their own way. The garlic naan was a highlight—crispy yet fluffy—while the curries delivered bold flavors with well-balanced spice. The chicken in the “Murgh” Tikka was nicely roasted, adding a good texture to the dish. Basmati rice is a must to complement and contrast the curries. Overall, this was an above-average family-style experience. While it may not fully satisfy those looking for deeply traditional Indian flavors, the food is well-executed and enjoyable.
