   Very disappointed.We have been dining at Bice for over25 years.I always looked forward to eating either lunch or dinner because we never had any issues with the food or service.It was always good.Tonight the waiter did not listen to what my father and nephew ordered.They wanted to split the pappardelle as an appetizer.He said ok. They brought out the food no appetizer serving the pasta to my nephew along with his dinner.my father asked him to split the pasta he just rattled off an excuse walked off then slapped2 extra plates on the table.When I ordered my meal I wanted to order veal he says” not on menu” I pointed to what I wanted he said “two hours” .I asked what does that mean? You don’t have veal?He could not answer me.I don’t think he could carry on a conversation or cared to.How does an Italian restaurant not have veal at 5 pm?? I ended up ordering the roasted chicken which was the smallest half chicken i have ever seen served .The broccoli was sparse looked like they broke one floret into six tiny florets.The potato was 4 small cubes .Served on a small oval plate you would serve a side item.The chicken was tough and luke-warm.Then it took too long to get the bill.I saw the waiter hanging out in the corner by the bathroom then he wandered over to a cabinet and pulls out a drink and starts drinking.Then he wanders over to the bar and starts talking to the bartender.Another waiter rang up the check.My father had the chicken also terrible.My nephew had the salmon mediocre at best. Zero presentation all around just slapped on a plate then slapped on the table.

   Our main dishes came out cold, they took them back to the kitchen and reheated them on the same plates. The veal chops were then overcooked, instead of making new ones they brought it back even more cooked. My wife did not eat dinner because she was so frustrated with the way the server and the kitchen handled this situation.

   Excellent food and service always a pleasure to go there. A full menu on Christmas Day, which was amazing.

   The overall experience was wonderful from the service, food and ambiance and being Christmas Eve made it even better. This place is consistently good I highly recommend if looking for a great overall food experience.

   What a disappointing experience. We were seated in the valet entrance first and then moved to a 4 top for 6 people. Service was substandard for Olive Garden. This place should be avoided for holidays. What an awful experience.

   The food, atmosphere and service are always outstanding! The combination of the eggplant Parmesan appetizer and the Alfredo were pure heaven! We did not get the name of the gentleman in the coat who assisted us, but his professional, kind and outgoing personality made our visit outstanding!
