Delicious food, great atmosphere! Cathy was our server and she was completely professional and very helpful when I was being indecisive. The bread pudding was outstanding.

We were a party of four. Two had pizzas, another had a burger and the 4th had a vegan dish. All 4 of us agreed that the food was excellent. The service was a little slow but provided us time to talk over a pre-dinner drink.

We've been to Big Rig before, and always enjoyed it. However, we were disappointed with the food on our last visit. It was a Monday, so obviously not a busy night. The server was friendly and efficient, but the food did not meet our expectations. We were there with a guest from out of town, and we were embarrassed. The stir-fried vegetables on all three plates were way overcooked (turned into mush), cold and tasteless. The chicken and salmon were coldish, but luckily still tasted ok. I believe this was an off night for them. Maybe not busy enough on a Monday to have food move more quickly to stay fresh? Don't know...

The fish was a bit dry in the Fish and Chips. The croutons in the starter were very hard. Our server was very nice and efficient and the costs were good.

Great service and they always accommodate me and y service dog. Staff is always friendly and the food is good

Excellent service!!! Really miss the cranberry club sandwich! Bring that back on the menu please!

My steak was a little dry and my veggies were swimming in butter. The server was very good but seemed to have a lot of tables The table was a sticky when we sat down and overall the furnishings were worn. It just looked like they hadn't replaced anything in a long time, or at least had anything refinished since they opened.
