   We went out for an impromptu date night and enjoyed a flight of wine each, butternut squash soup, and a couple of small plates over happy hour. Everything tasted great and never took long to receive. The service is always fantastic; our server, Say, was particularly good and appropriately attentive. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, even with a large party present - large parties are placed in the event space so you’re not impacted by any noise.

   Always a great time at Bigsby’s Folly! Brunch menu has some interesting dishes and the service was nothing short of fantastic.

   Bigsby's Folly's Sunday Brunch is a wonderful culinary experience at a reasonable price. We had the chicken & waffles, tomato artichoke quiche, biscuits and gravy, bloody Mary and Mimosa flight. They were all good-sized portions and were absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Lou, was very attentive and polite. The restaurant offers a lovely ambiance with a mixture of elegant and industrial styles and laid-back, cozy vibe. Looking forward to going back.

   Not a great experience, bad food, average wine, below average service. Too bad the inside had very cool vibe

    I can only say that our experience with Bigsby's Folly was about as bad as it gets. I booked a reservation for Sunday, September 1st as surprise party for my wife (14 people). The reservation was made on August 14th, and confirmed via the only booking system. On Sunday, September 1st (the day of the reservation) I received a text message at 1:24 (four and a half hours prior to this surprise party) from Kent that said our reservation has been cancelled due to private event. I called the restaurant to get some clarification, and obviously voice my displeasure at the last minute cancellation. I spoke with a "manager" who stated the only thing she could do was recommend some nearby restaurants to move the event...with four hours notice on a holiday weekend. This was not an acceptable response, I let her know that if they could find me a reservation that would suffice but I was not going to take this on. After this exchange I was transferred to someone else (no name was given). This person was extremely rude, and informed me that the manager was out for the day but would be contacting me. I have now given them a week to reach out but have not heard anything since. In the original text message from "Kent" I was offered a $75 gift card to the restaurant, which was just insulting. Because of this experience, despite having never eaten there, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on the treatment of their customers and incompetence of the staff.
