DRESS CODE & OTHER ITEMS OF NOTE

In order to maintain the upscale ambiance & decor at BILLIONAIRE Lounge, proper dress code is required: Businesses Casual, Smart Casual, Formal, Fashionable. (no sweatsuits, no baseball caps, no flip-flops, no athletic jerseys, no gym sneakers or workout attire)
We have limited availability for walk-ins but guests are encourage to call and verify for available tables.
Proper ID We are a 21+ venue.
We reserve the right to refuse entrance at the door to anyone, in particular if our door staff is concerned of intoxication.

1. Our food came out cold 2. They advertised smoked bubble effects drink and we was told they don’t do that no more. 3. Serves too long for a slow night. It wasn’t that crowded. 4. At the time of checking out. After drinking. Our waiter said we owed $471 and she showed me $471. Music was loud and instead of telling us we owed $199 she showed me $471. I was so confused. It was so embarrassing. A beautiful place though.

Place is beautiful definitely lives up to its name but the food is taste less, we order a burger n couldn’t get lettuce and tomato’s with it, we asked for a special sauce that they make and couldn’t get more when asked. And the drinks was super sweet! I let my waiter know I didn’t like my drink n I didn’t TOUCH IT after the first sip and it was still added to my tab. Definitely over priced!

Absolutely beautiful establishment!!! Everything from the service to the decor was amazing!!!! I loved how its was a lot of people but it didn’t seemed overcrowded. The DJ arrived at 930ish and the music was rolling!!!! The food was a 4 out of 10 It was bland no seasoning. A new chef would take this place over the top. The drinks were on point and the hookah was probably the best hookah I’ve had in Philly 10 out of 10. The staff were welcoming and provided a great experience. I will definitely be back to this establishment. Overall 8 out of 10

Ambience was great. Drinks good. Food bland .. no seasoning @ all. Will go back for drinks that’s it. Vibe is good, but food makes them bad

Food was tasteless. The drinks on the other hand were good. They charged us more for drinks than what was listed on the menu. Gratuity and service charge was an extra $100+ even though the server was very slow and forgot our orders multiple times. Beautiful place, nice music. For the price, not worth it.

Service was HORRIBLE. i came here with my friends for my 21st birthday. For one i didn’t get carded at the door, they carded none of us, then at the end of the service my friend asked for some water the waiter said he didn’t have a pitcher and it was a GAS STATION next door !! When my friends ordered their food they ordered the shrimp, they are supposed to come with 5 they only brought them out four then when something was said to the waiter the waiter brought out TWO more shrimp instead of another plate of 5. The music just was not it oh and did i mention we were the only people in here! It was a wednesday. i can understand maybe they just anted to go home but they had a whole reservation. I will not be coming back here and im extremely disappointed because i have been waiting to come here since i was 20! 2/10 do not recommend
