Every Bill Granger’s restaurant reflects the spirit we like to think of as ‘Australian’: sunny, easy-going and generous.

Bill opened his first restaurant in Sydney’s Darlinghurst in 1993. It soon became loved for its legendary breakfasts, served at the famous central communal table, where locals and travellers, families and friends, continue to be welcomed. Thirty years later, Bill’s relaxed, friendly and infectious joy in good, fresh food has become truly global, and is enjoyed at his restaurants in Sydney, Seoul, Tokyo and London.

Very friendly and helpful service, from greeting to seating to serving food and drink. Food was tasty and delicious. Pleasant, warm atmosphere.

Fantastic foodi and dining experience tonight at bills at Bondi Beach. The food was so fresh and beautifully presented on the plate. Such tasty, amazing fish curry and crispy salmon fish. Our wait staff were brilliant, especially Axel who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We will be back !

Love bills at Bondi. Overall super great service - even if a mistake is made, it is rectified with grace and kindness. Food is beautiful and the subtle music creates ambience without interfering with conversation and the artworks are so great and eclectic. Always love it there, one of our absolute favourite places to go.

We had a great dinner for 11, with great service, great food, and great atmosphere, and even we're able to meet our dietary needs for halal and dairy free.

Menue was limited. Pasta was average and burger good. Restaurant surprisingly far from full for a Friday night. Meal took a long time to be served. Bills seems to have fallen off in quality.

Stunning date spot! We thought the service was friendly and seamless. The place is fine dining meets super chilled local Bondi crowd - in a good way. We had the curry, tuna tartare and crispy potatoes, and was unfortunately too full for dessert. Immediately regretted my decision not to get dessert anyway. The dishes are all fairly big portions, so refreshing. My partner and I agreed the food tasted super fresh, dynamic and just tasty. Highly recommend - venue is also big enough that you don’t feel like you’re sitting on other people. Will be back soon! :-)
