We went in last minute, booked through Open Table. Tasty food, as always. Staff were pleasant. Didn’t have to wait long for food : )

We had a wonderful experience at Bill's. The service was first class . The food was excellent. We eat here often and the service and food is always excellent.

Definitely make a booking as the queue was very long! Excellent service despite high volume of customers. The food was delicious. The staff were very efficient and friendly

I understand it’s a busy time but we had booked and had to queue. When ordered drinks came after the starters and mine and my sister laws cocktails were awful! Food was ok. If I’m honest don’t know if I would return again. Our one waiter who bought our food was lovely made great conversation but the others were so busy which I do totally understand were not so great.

Poor menu choice. Staff falling out with each other. Queued for 25 minutes to get in even after booking. Very underwhelming.

Lovely staff, good service. However the £10.00 service charge was excessive in my opinion.

Unfortunately, it was too crowded and too noisy for a restaurant - it's more of a snack bar. The portions are scant, and there was almost no meat in my "duck carry". It was my first but certainly the last visit to this chain bar.
