Generally we really enjoy Bill's but this was the second time we had poor service and long waits. Now, I do understand that restaurants are really busy but if there is going to be a 45 min wait for starters then the staff should let customers know. Manage expectations. We did not have deserts as our choices were not available. Dont think we would do Bill's Bluewater again

Friendly team & a nice atmosphere, although ‘Double Chicken’ dish was quite dry. Would prefer wait staff to advise of anything unavailable when presenting menu. I’d forgotten that Bills don’t accept cash anymore. Glad to see the infamous donuts are still going strong, rounding off an enjoyable visit.

Our chicken schwarma was very bland and dry and the garlic flatbread that came with it did not taste of garlic. Quite disappointed as we have eaten at Bill's in Greenwich before and loved it.

Great food for price. Service good. Noisy but it was busy. Tomatoes on the bills bruch need to be cooked longer they are always raw!!

Customer service and ambience was lovely. Food could be much better. The chicken was really dry and so were the fish goujons. Also, the sauces could be more imaginative.

The service at Bill's was terrible. We waited over half an hour for starters and much longer for the main course. We had to ask several times to chase our food. It would have been easier to cook it ourselves.
