Originally built in the late 1800s, Wyndham Arcade, a Grade II listed building, is home to Bill's Cardiff City Centre restaurant. The newly refurbished restaurant is packed full of colour and charm, ideal for a cosy dinner or catching up with friends. Sat by the main exit door to the outside dining (in the arcade) - as such it was freezing as the door was being left open

Very disappointed, booked through opentable.co.uk for 9-15 am on 27/12/24. Ordered our breakfast soon after arrival. We were one of the first in the restaurant but after 40 minutes, still no food, but people who had arrived after us were having their meals. I asked the waitress where our food was, she said it was coming now. 10 minutes later still no food so my wife and I up and left. Will never go to a Bill’s again, we will pass this onto all our family and friends. Would definitely not recommend. Opentable pass this on to the restaurant Bill’s restaurant Wyndham arcade Cardiff
