A bit of a gem, Bill's Kingston upon Thames restaurant is full of character. The newly refurbished restaurant is vibrant and quirky, with quiet booths for a cosy dinner and larger tables for bigger groups, there's something for everyone in this pretty restaurant. Bill's Kingston is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. The outdoor riverside terrace is the perfect spot to spend a sunny afternoon with friends and a cocktail or two.

We discovered that there were a lot of flies from the plant's outdoors. That didn't look very nice, and it made those who were waiting there uncomfortable. They should either remove the plants or find a solution because they are in front of the entryway. Overall, the service was very good and quick. And the waitresses were friendly and attentive. The food was great. Only the steak was cold, and it was quite little and thin, thus the platter appeared incomplete. There seems to be something missing. The chicken plate arrived with more sides. It was steak and chips. And the chicken was served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. They might also serve the steak with broccoli or another side dish. It was really busy and noisy; we didn't mind, but If you want a more intimate environment, this is not the place for you. The remainder, however, was excellent, and we thoroughly liked it. We will definitely return.

everything was good other than the fact we had to wait an hour just for two pancakes we ordered. Great food though and welcoming staff.

I ordered the sea bass which tasted alright given the price. Kids menu may seem cheaper than other comparable restaurants, but itbis because the portions are so small. The kid's chicken coujons meal only had 4 small pieces of chicken nuggets and a very small side of fries and peas. Service is generally fairly quick with friendly staff.

Great views of the river, good service and very nice food (tasty and well presented). Good value for money too, will definitely go back there

We had the big breakfast brunch and it was a poor choice as the food was not tasty at all, it lacked flavour and was slightly cold too.
