Bill's Westfield restaurant is in a fantastic location, sitting just inside the main entrance to the shopping centre. It feels both urban and cosy and has a lovely conservatory running along the front, making it the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between.

Really enjoyed it the food and waiters and waitresses was so nice T was lovely and so was Doha very helpful It was my brothers birthday the staff made a fuss it was so nice thank you

Always like Bills. Lovely food. Thought the asking for a tip on top of the service charge was a bit cheeky and our plates were cleared whilst other members of our party were still dining.

I’ve never truly been happy at Bill’s Westfield and have raised issues every time I have friends and family who like to eat here and it’s really the only brunch place in Westfield hence it being so so busy, but there are always issues. No cutlery, water jug eventually provided but no glasses. Forks provided but no knives. You need more staff or more attentive staff, second time in a row I spend a considerate amount of time waving my hand to get someone’s attention for the water we ordered or to correct and order. I literally saw two members of staff the other end of the terrace just stare at me as I waved my menu in the air trying to get their attention. Food portions were ok but the presentation is rushed. Modifications aren’t remembered and takes an age for someone to come back to the table in order to rectify the order and by then the rest of the party has finished their meal. This sadly happened the last time I was at Bill’s last time the meal was comp’ed this time I asked for the service to be removed and the manager agreed.

We booked specifically for the pancake offer (3-5pm), with a 3pm arrival. Our son has allergies and was excited to try vegan pancakes at a restaurant for the first time, but we were told they ran out during the breakfast service. Disappointing service, considering a restaurant offers a pancake offer 3-5pm on a Sunday, they should ensure they have enough stock to cater for the afternoon sitting. This is the second time it had happened.
