Le bar-restaurant Birch’s a officiellement déménagé au bord du lac ! Ce bâtiment emblématique accueillait autrefois le Hansen House dans les années 1960 avant de devenir le Billy’s Lighthouse, lieu de prédilection pour les nombreux habitants de Long Lake et de ses quartiers de la banlieue ouest. Il est resté à l'abandon depuis 2006, jusqu'à sa nouvelle reconversion par le restaurateur local Burton Joseph et le maître brasseur local Brennan Greene.     We requested our favorite server - Brad. He is always exceptional and so pleasant. Also, Jesse (the all around keep the tables bused among many other duties) is always very pleasant and willing take care of whatever you need. The food as always was very good.

    Food was mediocre but service was amazing. Always cold in the lower dining area, which has been frustrating.

    Had a very romantic and delicious meal at Birch’s for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant never disappoints. Lovely musicians provided background music, delicious food, service was impeccable, it was perfect.

    Food was great as well as the table and the service! I had the half chicken and my wife had the 8oz beef filet.

    Birch's served up a great Valentine's Day dinner celebration. We had the best server (Molly) in the place and enjoyed the food, cocktails and music. It was extremely busy but the staff seemed more than capable of handling it all. Table was ready quickly, servers, bar tenders and kitchen all performed well and in a timely fashion. As always, the fried chicken was awesome and they even had fresh Maine lobster.

    As our go to restaurant, everything is always spectacular and yesterday was amazing. The scallops were so incredible as was the beef short rib. Both times were new for us and recommended by Chris. What a fantastic server he is, he has incredible professionalism, his unique style and ability to read a table is second to none. We were delighted to be in his section.

    Quality ingredients, creative menu items, great service and wonderful views of the lake. We had brunch today after many years since our last meal. The fried chicken sandwich is spicy and flavorful. The Cesar's salad has fresh ingredients including produce we don't see often - heart of dates. Drink menu offers variety and good choices. Service was excellent. We'll come again with a bigger group!

    Overall, it was a good experience however, when I look at a couple of the prices of certain items they don’t seem in line with other restaurants yet other items are in line. It’s a little odd, but pricing is not in line across the board. Otherwise, food was great and experience was good.

    Once again the drinks and food were top notch. The smash burger is fantastic as is the spicy bbq chicken flatbread. Chris was a fantastic server, our overall experience couldn’t have been better.
