   The Owners of Robkes have done it again! Birdie Bar ticks off all the boxes. Reservations are strongly recommended here. Be patient! The place is packed as to be expected on a weekend night. We still had to wait; which was fine. We had cocktails at the bar. One thing I noticed with the staff is that everyone is pitching in and helping one another out, and that is something you love to see. The nachos, burgers and Pauly Wedge Salad were the hits of the evening. Coopers Lemonade, Uptown Girl and El Jefe were all delicious. Out server Athena was superb. She was friendly, attentive and made us feel like a priority on a busy Saturday night. The ambience and decor is my favorite thing about this restaurant, the vibes are high at Birdie Bar and I cant wait to go back and try their brunch!

   I wish I remembered our server’s name because she was excellent….. friendly, attentive, great recommendations, made sure that the courses didn’t come all out at once. The food was great.  Wish there were more options on the menu so we could keep trying new things.

   Our waiter Glen was awesome! Cesar salad was so good , French dip was good, shrimp wrap was dry I asked for it grilled instead of breaded so I guess I just ordered wrong. Overall very good. Make a reservation it’s packed to capacity. I had a very good espresso martini.

   Birdie Bar provides amazing drinks w an American menu ! Great spot for for meds get together parties or if you just wanna be alone pull a seat up at the bar !!

   Overall very good. Was rushed. Got appetizers and salad same time. Had to tell waitress slow up food. Was annoying to get same time time. Cocktails great. Meal good. No room for desert. Nice atmosphere. Would go again. Prob not order everything the same time To ensure not having to cram down courses. Only thing we found annoying. Service good

    Each time we go to Birdie Bar our experience is even better. Can’t recommend it enough. Food and drinks are great. Staff is super friendly. A great vibe overall.
