   This is a really convenient spot for lunch, a central location with free parking (when not full). The food is good, a nice mix of ethnic dishes, and prompt and friendly service. Today was about my 3rd or 4th visit in the last year or so. This is a good option for meeting someone who lives on the opposite side of Greater Vancouver.

   Smash burgers were greasy and too much salt. Poke bowl and Cobb salad were fine. Can’t figure out the theme - diner? California? Restaurant was full (good for you) but so noisy it was tough to have a conversation across a booth. Not sure if I will return. Server ‘Angel’ was great and helpful.

   While the food at this establishment was reminiscent of Earls, the prices were significantly higher, which felt unjustified. The atmosphere lacked sophistication, with a clientele that didn't reflect the elegance one might expect. The noise level was excessive, making it difficult to have a conversation; the booming music only added to the chaos, creating an echo of chatter throughout the room. The bright lighting further detracted from the experience. Overall, the high prices do not align with the lackluster atmosphere—it simply did not meet expectations.

    A few food items were a let down, all cocktails but one we’re flavourless. Items unavailable at prime dinner time was a shame. Server was very good, ambiance nice. Disappointing to not meet expectations.
