The food was good but the service was mediocre and it took forever for our food to arrive and the restaurant was not busy.

Service was good. Noise level was conducive to conversation. I had a great salad that I wouldn’t have chosen based on the description, but the wait staff recommended it. It was fantastic. Overall I found the weekday lunch menu was kind of boring. I hear the weekday brunch is fantastic. We didn’t realize the menu is different on the weekdays.

Our server was great! She listened to our requests and made us feel special. And the cooks listened to our request and did not disappoint. We will be back. Loved the home fries too! Perfectly crispy :)

The broadview cafe is the one of my favourite places to go in Toronto! It’s actually part of my morning routine - the ambiance, workers and overall culture is absolutely amazing. Quick service, amazing food, amazing staff. There’s truly nothing bad I can say about this show place. Masud was my server and he’s such a delight to be around, this guy is truly an amazing person and always knows how to make my girlfriend and I laugh. He’s so great at his job. We recommend this to anyone and everyone ;)

It’s a nice atmosphere but a bit echoey, hard to hear conversations. The food ok… poached eggs were overcooked, the shashuka wasn’t great. Mimosas were good.

Brunch was very yummy with poached eggs. Toast came a bit late after meal was served and had to ask. Americano was so good, came with frothed oat milk which was a nice touch.
