   Left without eating. Ordered salmon medium. Came raw. Sent back to kitchen twice. Still not cooked sufficiently. Left without eating. Will not return

   Service was very slow. We were there at 6:30 with a reservation but did not get our food until 8:30 for our soup. It was another 40 minutes before our entrees arrived. Food was good. The sommelier was very helpful. We were informed at the end that they had a new menu that was slowing them down....

   Our dinner was delicious. The service was exceptional. Loved the piano entertainment. My husband ordered onion soup and Filet Mignon and I ordered escargot and pork filet. Both choices were great but the Crepe Suzette was the best.

   Everything was very good except for the birthday treat, which was a bunch of bland cupcakes. I'm staying at the Grand Luxxe and I've had great treats everywhere I've been. The best was at the Quinto restaurant, where the chef prepared a very special cake that I'll never forget in my life! So I think that a refined restaurant is French, I expected much more than just a few mini cupcakes with no filling or toppings!

    It took 2 hours and 5 minutes to get our meal. The service staff tried but the kitchen was the problem.
