Very poor food quality I never even saw a server Food trays empty Dessert table was empty As far as being prepared for a busy New Years Eve night celebration it was far from Very disappointed and would request a refund

Reservation was for four, we arrived late at 4:20 No one was at the front desk, which was fine. We called out. There were servers in the restaurant. They sat us told us I informed the server of my name, my reservation time my reservation amount of people and my confirmation number. We were told at that time to go fix our plate, I was approached by a lady who asked me if we had a reservation. I am From formed her of my name, reservation time reservation people amount, and my confirmation number. I continue to fix my plate after I was done fixing my plate. I was stopped in the middle of the dining hall with plate in hand and asked about a reservation for the third time I once again gave my name my reservation time my reservation amount of people and my confirmation number as I stood there in the middle of the dining hall, holding my purse and my plate of food while the server looked on his sheet for my name all while making noises as if he could not find my name finally, he asks if he could be under another name it was just me and my teenage son, so it was definitely under my name I ask him if he needs me to pull out my phone he tells me yes this is all while I am standing in the middle of the dining hall with my purse and my full plate of food. Once I show him the reservation then he was able to find my name at the bottom of the list. Plain is day so I’m writing this overall pretty low food wasn’t bad. Could’ve been a little better for the price Service was not great at all. I have never been stopped in the middle of a restaurant with a plate full of food and been asked to pull my phone out to get the reservation as I stated our reservation was at four. We got there at 4:20. There was no one at the desk, I informed numerous people, including the person that sent me of my name the amount of people reservation my reservation time and my confirmation number do better next time, please
