Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

Six of us enjoyed different dinners at the Bistro last night. The room was nearly full, but we could have conversations around the round table.

It has been some time since we have been to The Bistro, but after last nights meal we will be putting on our regular schedule of go to places. Food was outstanding, service was excellent and they were very busy. Hats off to management for making a busy night enjoyable and delicious food and drinks.

Our food, service and experience was excellent. Everyone was please with how delicious the food was and my father said it was the best escargot he had had.

Beautiful outside dining tonight. Started with the deep-fried panko crusted brie and a wedge salad. Both very good, wedge nice and fresh with lots of bacon and blue cheese. Tonight’s special of scallops with fettuccine in lobster vodka sauce was delicious. The swordfish was moist and perfect. Great meal and good service. Finish off with a very creamy piece of key lime pie.

Our server was great, she was friendly and attentive. We had the salmon, bistro chicken, and the beef wellington... all were delicious. We also ordered a couple of desserts to share which topped off the evening. The restaurant was really busy during the prime dining hours, but by the time we left about 9:00, it had definitely quieted down. We will visit again next time we're in town.

Our meal was absolutely delicious and our server was fantastic! His dinner and dessert recommendations were beyond perfect and we had the most wonderful evening while we sat outside on the beautiful patio

We had a wonderful dinner for 6. Delicious food and a large variety to suit every taste. Noise level was on the lower side and the round table was perfect! Will definitely return!

The restaurant is in need of an update and the menu quite heavy but it is the friendliest place and the service is always excellent!
