Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

    Ordered the Dover Sole. Sent it back due to so many bones. Thankfully they took it off the bill as it was $65. They handled it perfectly.

    Wonderful dinner last evening!! Brought e bites and a wedge salad! Delicious! Fish and chips excellent! Braised lamb shank succulent and tasty! Parchment cooked yellow tail snapper excellent! Filled by bread and butter pudding yum👍🏻👍🏻 excellent service! Love the Bistro never disappoints 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Table unfortunately was near the front door and the cool wind would whack us when the door opened. The food was very good. Grilled pork chop even though I asked for no pink was moist and tender. Wife’s filet mignon she said was perfect.

    Service was good even on a very busy night. Ambiance was nice. Food was good, but not equal to the price. I’ve had far better for less. Drinks and desserts were the highlights.

    Bistro has become my favorite in the Jupiter/Juno area. Staff is very accommodating, food superb and ambiance inviting. Our server was awesome. The beet salad is the best!!

    Our service was great..Vinny took care of everything..perfect timing..Dover sole was fantastic..salads were very crispy..snapper in parchment is excellent…but best of all is the soufflé ( grand marnier)…save room

    The Bistro is a wonderful place to have dinner! My only suggestion is to not sit under the awning and more in the middle where the noise level is lower.
