Le Bistro Le Cerf-Volant est un « apportez votre vin » de Tétreaultville, situé dans l’espace rénové de l'ancienne Taverne Reeves. Mené par Matthieu Bonneau et Benjamin de Châteauneuf, ce bistro propose une cuisine bistronomique moderne, mettant en avant des produits frais et de saison, servis dans une ambiance conviviale et élégante. Le décor, signé par l’atelier Catherine Catherine, marie harmonieusement l’héritage du lieu avec une touche contemporaine. Le menu, conçu par Robert Lapaj, se distingue par sa créativité et ses associations de saveurs uniques. Les spécialités et coups de coeur des clients sont certainement les pierogies aux champignons ainsi que le fameux beignet au bacon et butterscotch.

Le MEILLEUR resto en ville! Service impeccable! Matthieu est toujours souriant, attentif! Que dire de la nourriture! Le mélange des saveurs est ultra recherché! Le chef nous donne une expérience culinaire de très haut niveau. C'était ma 3e fois et c'est maintenant mon resto préféré! Longue vie au Bistro Cerf-Volant!

Je ne pourrais pas être plus heureuse que ce restaurant ait ouvert dans mon quartier! Ce bistrot n’a rien à envier aux bonnes tables de la ville. Ingrédients de qualité, menu court mais succulent et des saveurs recherchées. J’y serai souvent :)

La nourriture était top Et que dire du patron qui est sur place en tout temps très sympathique Tout était parfait Le seul hic très bruyant on ce sens dans une ruche trouver un moyen d'étouffer le son serai merveilleux C'est certain que je vais y retourner

Un délice autant à regarder qu'à déguster. De l’entrée au plateau de fromage pour terminer, tout était parfait. Mathieu et toute son équipe rendent l’expérience exceptionnelle. Toujours excellent. Merci
