Le Bistro Le Cerf-Volant est un « apportez votre vin » de Tétreaultville, situé dans l’espace rénové de l'ancienne Taverne Reeves. Mené par Matthieu Bonneau et Benjamin de Châteauneuf, ce bistro propose une cuisine bistronomique moderne, mettant en avant des produits frais et de saison, servis dans une ambiance conviviale et élégante. Le décor, signé par l’atelier Catherine Catherine, marie harmonieusement l’héritage du lieu avec une touche contemporaine. Le menu, conçu par Robert Lapaj, se distingue par sa créativité et ses associations de saveurs uniques. Les spécialités et coups de coeur des clients sont certainement les pierogies aux champignons ainsi que le fameux beignet au bacon et butterscotch.

Merveilleuse expérience culinaire, des plats raffinés exécutés par une main de maître. Le service est attentif et au rendez-vous dans une très belle atmosphère. Une adresse à découvrir et à y retourner. Je recommande vivement!!!

Toujours une expérience unique! La nourriture et le service sont tout simplement excellent. Une mention toute spéciale au nouveau désert gâteau au fromage poire et belle de brillet, mon désert préféré à ce jour toutes catégories confondues. Bravo et longue vie à ce joyaux!

Le MEILLEUR resto en ville! Service impeccable! Matthieu est toujours souriant, attentif! Que dire de la nourriture! Le mélange des saveurs est ultra recherché! Le chef nous donne une expérience culinaire de très haut niveau. C'était ma 3e fois et c'est maintenant mon resto préféré! Longue vie au Bistro Cerf-Volant!

Je ne pourrais pas être plus heureuse que ce restaurant ait ouvert dans mon quartier! Ce bistrot n’a rien à envier aux bonnes tables de la ville. Ingrédients de qualité, menu court mais succulent et des saveurs recherchées. J’y serai souvent :)
