   Nous venons luncher au Sam chaque année lors de notre passage à Québec pour un week-end en famille. La nourriture est toujours excellente et délicieuse et aujourd’hui le service de Frédéric était impeccable! Merci de votre accueil !

   Fabulous venue nearing the Christmas holiday. (That's when we visited Quebec City) The trees in the lobby area were beautiful. The food, and drinks were outstanding. We had a gorgeous view from our table. Even watched a bit of a snow squall come through the area from our seats. Sebastian, our waiter could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend

   Nous avions choisi une table alcôve et on nous a choisi une table chaises hautes. La responsable nous a changé après notre plainte. Il faudrait respecter les choix ou ne pas les offrir! Merci pour le reste, c’était super!

   Staff was very accommodating when our table wasn’t ready. They sat us on a lovely couch in front of a fireplace. View of city was fabulous- the food delicious. The cod was the best and the steak was cooked to perfection

    Le SAM offers a stunning setting and excellent food, with dishes that arrived quickly and were delicious. However, the service left much to be desired. Cocktails were improperly mixed, bread arrived well after the main meals, and the waitstaff was difficult to get ahold of. It also took over 30 minutes to get the check, leaving us feeling forgotten. Despite the issues, I’d consider trying them again for the food and atmosphere, hoping for an improved service experience.
