We arrived early & our table was ready. The atmosphere was enchanting & boosted our holiday spirits straight away. Our server was charismatic & helpful with food & drink selections. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Fantastic experience!

The room was very nice, but we were placed in a corner and not near the windows. The food was very good, but not outstanding. Our waiter, David, was very nice and friendly.

Nous venons luncher au Sam chaque année lors de notre passage à Québec pour un week-end en famille. La nourriture est toujours excellente et délicieuse et aujourd’hui le service de Frédéric était impeccable! Merci de votre accueil !

Food was wonderful! I think with the holiday season they were a bit swamped as we had to wait a long time for something simple like a Diet Coke but we were happy to have gotten a table and got in the holiday spirit and really enjoyed ourselves. My husband and I had a great time and we will definitely be back!
