Du bistro il ne reste que quelques chaises, un comptoir en zinc et notre authenticité.
Nous avons aujourd'hui l'ambition d'offrir une soirée exceptionnelle à nos convives. Notre Chef compose à chaque saison un menu en 6 temps. Le service est l'occasion de surprendre par nos inventions respectant la noblesse du produit. Cette cuisine légère est merveilleusement assortie d'accords mets et vins sélectionnés par le sommelier MOF Laurent Dehré.

This was our second Christmas Day spent at Bistro V. It was even better than last year, which was amazing. Each dish of the 5 course meal was exquisite as were the wine pairings. We look forward to visiting this restaurant for years to come.

Expérience horrible, réservée pour un groupe de chirurgiens étrangers, nous n'y retournerons jamais ! Arrivés 19h30 - parti à 23h00 sans manger le fromage, ni le dessert, les plats de résistances étaient froids ! A bannir !

Do not go here! Opentable accepted my reservation with a credit card deposit and when we arrived the restaurant was closed. That's nothing short of theft! Do not risk your money being stolen.

We had an absolutely stellar meal. The flavors on the tasting menu were sublime. Dishes that we might not have tried otherwise were expertly executed. The owner is very passionate about providing not only spectacular food but also outstanding service to match. It was a real pleasure eating here, and we cannot wait to come back to Paris and return here again!

Soirée parfaite ! Ce petit resto est un bijou ! Voyage et saveurs sont au rdv. Service accueillant et agréable. Le manager cubain et la patrone du restaurant Julie sont à l'image de leur cuisine (réconfortante et particulièrement agreable). Il faisait beau donc nous avons profité de la terrasse ...très sympa ! Les cocktails excellents et la carte des vins était à la hauteur de nos espérances (formule mets et vins 🍷) Une adresse à essayer sans modération.

Une très belle aventure culinaire et humaine. Un accueil vraiment chaleureux une présentation des mets très classe avec des suggestions d’accord mets et vin d’une patronne Julie, passionnée par son métier avec une équipe incroyable:un serveur Ténor qui nous a fait une démo d’opéra! Magique! Et on retrouve toute cette magie dans les plats, un menu unique en 6 temps fait pour toutes les papilles. Belle présentation, chaque plat a son originalité, le poisson et la viande d’une tendrosité!!! Hmm! Nous reviendrons!!!
