   My friends and I recently dined at Bistro V for girls night, and the food was delicious. The service was also very fast. I would definitely dine here again.

   My fish was over cooked. Otherwise they poured a good drink and the service was very good

   We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, we decided on starters as our meal because they were so big. I had the fried green tomatoes with pimiento cheese, bacon and blueberry vinaigrette. I will have fried green tomatoes every time it’s on a menu and these were the very best I’ve ever had.

   A great experience as always. This time it was a Friday night and the place was packed and pretty loud. We were still able to hear each other. During the week nights it’s a much more pleasurable experience.

   It was very crowded. The food was mediocre at best. Expensive for a four inch piece of fish that was dry. Asparagus overcooked. Potatoes had no seasoning. Wedge salad was good. Fried oysters were average.

   Arrived at 4PM for Open Table reservation to discover the Restaurant doesn't open until 5PM. Waiter Charley welcomed us & we were promptly seated. He and the kitchen staff served a great meal. It was good to have the whole restaurant to our selves. These folks saved us from a disappointing wait. Why does Google show open from 4 to 9 Tue - Sat with no lunch service? Why did Open Table make reservation when the Restaurant was not open? Why not show they are open for Lunch?

    This restaurant is always reliably consistent. It’s the bar by which we measure all other finer places we visit. The fare changes depending on seasonal availabilities but the meals are always well put together and very tasty. This might have been one of the better dishes I’ve had here. The Jambalaya Risotto was excellent and complete with fresh shrimp, conecuh and lobster tails. Not exactly Cajun but oh so good. I worked hard to finish every bite. Seating here can be a challenge but well worth the effort. Cheers!
