Situé au cœur de la Gold Coast de Chicago, le bistronomic vous invite à déguster une cuisine française moderne de bistrot ancrée dans la culture parisienne, mettant en valeur les ingrédients des fermes du Midwest. Le nom de Bistronomic est la combinaison de 3 mots : bistrot / gastronomie / économique. Le restaurant est un rêve de longue date et concrétisé du chef exécutif/propriétaire Martial Noguier, celui de créer un bistrot français contemporain reconnu, aussi bien accessible qu'abordable. Le Bistronomic a rapidement été reconnu comme le « Meilleur Nouveau Restaurant » par le Chicago Magazine et le Chicago Tribune. Le chef Noguier a obtenu sa deuxième nomination de la fondation James Beard dans la catégorie « Meilleur Chef - Grands Lacs », tandis que le Bistronomic a été nominé dans la catégorie « Meilleur Nouveau Restaurant ». Demo & Dine: Icelandic Lunch Experience: Join Chefs Hafliði Halldórsson and Kristín Birta Ólafsdóttir for a culinary adventure to the land of fire and ice. Guests will learn how to prepare and present dishes from the Taste of Iceland menu, including a wild Icelandic cod starter, an Icelandic Lamb main course, and a delicious dessert made with skyr. Whether it's brunch, lunch, or dinner, BISTRONOMIC continues to be the most pleasant place to dine. The food is delicious, the hostess, servers, and chef are friendly. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Chicago!

Even though the restaurant was packed with St Patrick partiers, our service was very good, and the food (both omelets & the cheese sandwich) was excellent. And we loved our cherry cheesecake-light and not too sweet.

The food , service and atmosphere were all fantastic! The coq au vin was absolutely delicious. Just a wonderful experience and we will be back!

The family, the staff, the wine, the food was all very good. The couple next to us engaged us in conversation during which we shared one little nitpick about the main course. After that couple left, all of a sudden the staff came over the apologize for the issue that we hadn't even mentioned. This restaurant, nevertheless, was fantastic in its generosity and handling of the event. Two lessons learned 1) this is fantastic and generous restaurant with wonderful menu, wine, people, atmosphere and 2) be careful what you mention to nosy people you don't know! We will be back soon!

We went to Bistronomic for lunch pre-Theater at the Water Tower. As always, excellent food and service. I wish I could have spent the afternoon there. It's like entering another world of food, warm service, music and ambience,

We went there for the one night only wine dinner from the Alsace region of France. The food was great and I love that the chef comes out of the kitchen, greets you and makes sure you are doing OK. This is a great hot spot!!
