Three seating options are available: the Main Dining Room, the Grand Salon and the Petit Salon. Also, the bar is another offers a more casual experience. Disappointed for sure. I made reservations months in advance of our trip to Chicago. We were seated in a back room behind the bar and had to walk thru the storage area to get there. Only a few tables in there with families and fat people. We felt like second class citizens. Also- disappointed with food quality. My son could barely chew his filet steak. My husband had the lamb shank, was not very good. My duck confit salad was acceptable. Sorry to say we will NOT return.

Love this restaurant. Family in town and wanted to take them to enjoy it. It is a tight space which I struggle with b/c it is what adds to the conviviality but our table of 6 was in a doorway which was distracting and we were tightly next to the other table which made it difficult to talk to our guests. It is not a place to go on the weekend for quiet conversation, and usually we avoid the weekend to dine in the city for this reason so can’t really hold it against this experience. That being said the service as always was wonderful and food amazing. It continues to be one of my favorites.

Had an enjoyable dinner at Bistronomic. We started off with pate, followed by well made salads and entrees of classics such as steak a pouve and venison. Finished with a well done baked Alaska which I have not seen on a menu in years. Attentive service, friendly front of house host and a cozy atmosphere made it a great night.

This is the second time we’ve had Thanksgiving dinner at the bistronomic. The meal is delicious. Moist turkey, unlike what we have at home. The chef comes around to the table. His wife, the hostess, is lovely handling a plot of people on a special day.

Thanksgiving was good. Squash soup was excellent. Cheese platter was ok. Bread was excellent. Turkey was moist but overall the plate was just ok. I would have liked to have sweet potatoes of some kind and cranberry dressing on the side as I hate them and it was all over everything. Great cocktails and service as usual.
