Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. May be one of the best menu selections in Dallas and the food is very very good. the thin bar pizza is the best pizza I have ever had.

After 30 minutes of not receiving our drink order and the waiter apparently did not understand our order, we walked out. Guessing he did not do well with English or his order pad. Congrats, only time we have ever walked out of a restaurant. This was our giving BJs a second chance at this location after experiencing poor service. Should have known there was an issue with restaurant being less than 25% occupied at 6p.m. A restaurant cannot survive in Addison with the much better competition.

Our server had a very poor attitude. She acted like she didn't want to be there. I asked for a straw with my drink and she told me that the restaurant was straw-free, straws only came with kids' cups. I looked around us and every table had drinks with straws in them. Can't say that I would ever go back. Far too many restaurants that are much better, in food, service, etc

Great service! - Menu - good selection for everyone including Vegan - Able to have a table of 10 - Lunch timeframe was very quiet so good for business lunch

6 gluten-free pizzas were contaminated with gluten. We all felt awful later.

Had reservations set as business meeting. Was placed in the bar area under a speaker where the football game was blaring. I asked if there was a way to turn it down and was told no. Was offered to move to corner booth but still within the bar area and it was still very loud with the game playing. Waiter had a poor attitude & would walk away from us mid conversation. He acted like he didn’t want to be there & seemed annoyed to be training someone as well. I ordered the kids mini pizookies for our party (5 to be exact), and when I received the check I was charged $6 each for them VS the $3.75 I typically have been charged. Manager told me that the $3.75 is only for kids pricing - I understood that but considering I’ve been there 10+ times and always ordered the kids and been charged for the kids it was a bit frustrating. I feel like the waiter should have clarified when taking the order that it would not be “kids”. Regardless, I should have been charged for the trio of pizookies VS each one as a single. I ended up asking for a 6th pizookie and asked it to be changed to 2 trio’s and it was overall an almost $11 reduction in the check total. This should be something that a waiter should proactively have taken care of/mentioned. After the manager came over the waiter never returned to our table & I had to wait 20 min to get the tiny pizookie to go. Manager was nice but also kept saying well he’s my go to waiter and I don’t ever have complaints about him, but, admitted she’d just gotten there at 3pm. She wasn’t there to witness the poor service/attitude. I’ve had great experiences at this location in the past but doubt I will return here with a group again- will likely stay a date night spot.
