BJ's has a wide variety of menu options, and all that we have had are good. Tonight, we had a new waitress shadowing another employee. She was adorable and took the order perfectly.

My party got there and they had us wait 30 minutes until we could get seated. Then we got sat but at a very small table, but granted we were a big family of bigger people. We requested for a table change and they made it happen for us ! so nice and made my birthday very special !

Took 56 min to get our food .. waited over an hour to be served .. disappointed

As expected service at this location was great! Kudos to the managers who are hiring the right people that obviously like their job and do more than just take an order! Will definitely return!

Everything was going good, until the end. When we received our check, we had 3 meals added to the receipt, that wasn’t ours. This was over a $100 mistake. When we addressed it, the second receipt was still wrong, with an extra drink and another added meal, a $40 mistake. With the place so busy, our waiter was between tables, while trying to address the issues. All the while, we had to-go desert w/ small ice cream tubs that started to melt, because we had to wait for the waiter to correct everything for the third time. At this point, my patience was spent and went up to the manager and explained the issues. I also told him that our ice cream was melting, from waiting so long and he said he would switch them out with new ones. The manager then disappeared to the back, thinking he was going to get the new ice cream tubs, but took long and just came back out talking to another wait staff. I had to tell our waiter, who was already flustered from his mistakes and he finally switched them out. Food was bland, not like I remembered. Lastly, 3 different times, during our meal. Different wait staff came up to us and asked if we had the so and so plate. All three times, wrong. I guess the poor excuse for services come from the top. No apologies made for the wait, no acknowledgment of our melting ice cream’s, no explanation from the manager on why he just disappeared. Check your receipts, if you decide to dine in here.

Loved the visit! We had a wide age range and 3 gluten intolerant with one celiac person. The menu options were perfect for 4 year old to the 63 year old🥳 It was a good place for the anniversary dinner.

Our waitress was great!! People helping her did not communicate with her so one drink was missed and another drink was given to another table, and some Brussels sprouts were not given to us. The waitress took care of everything she got the manager and she had the Brussels sprouts taken off bill and she had drinks made quickly.
