Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. The dinner reservation was at 6:30 p.m. We were a party of 12. We ordered two appetizers (chips and dip). Instead of serving both appetizers at the same time, they were sent to the table several minutes apart. Our meal orders were not taken until 7:12 p.m. There was nearly 45 minutes of wait time before our meal order was taken. This is unacceptable, in my opinion. This was a birthday party, my birthday party dinner. Not so happy birthday to me. Next year we will pick another place for dinner.

We changed our plans for dessert on Valentine’s Day night because of an email we got from BJ’s. It was the Valentine pzookie! I just had to try it! First, we know a waitress there and we were told that we would be seated in her section. We weren’t. Next we had a nice waiter who took our order. It took about 20 minutes to get our water! Then some time later we got the pzookie that we were so excited to get. There was 1 slice of strawberry! The ice cream was totally melted, and the chocolate was a dollop on the top. Of I could post pics on this review, I would. I plan to send the pics to corporate!

We reserved a table in advance, we went for the three course meal, only to find out they had run out of all the prime ribs and pork chops! So disappointing!

BJ's has a wide variety of menu options, and all that we have had are good. Tonight, we had a new waitress shadowing another employee. She was adorable and took the order perfectly.

My party got there and they had us wait 30 minutes until we could get seated. Then we got sat but at a very small table, but granted we were a big family of bigger people. We requested for a table change and they made it happen for us ! so nice and made my birthday very special !

As expected service at this location was great! Kudos to the managers who are hiring the right people that obviously like their job and do more than just take an order! Will definitely return!
