Food was excellent at reasonable price! For some reason, service, although very polite and concerned, was slow. Not sure who was at fault and I’m never quick to blame the service staff.

Employees were nice but the restaurant could be cleaner and the food wasn’t great. Dirty glass and food on the table when we arrived. I can’t eat dairy and my food came with cheese even though I asked for none.

Menus coated in sticky dirt/grease. Sat for quite a while before anyone came to our table. Drinks took quite some time to arrive. Meals arrived without some of the sides ordered. Had to chase down the waiter after he said he was getting the sides but they never arrived. Received an email saying we cancelled our open table reservation. Called the restaurant and was put on hold and apparently forgotten about. Contacted open table and sent them a copy of the receipt. Hopefully it has been resolved.

Our waiter was fantastic! He was fantastic and really wanted to connect with his customers! He seemed like he was enjoying working at the restaurant!

seated right away...food and drinks were right on the mark...service was slow...it wasn't over crowded but waitress seemed to be covering lots of tables...in fact the manager came over to cash us out

meals came out one at a time with about 5 minutes in between each persons meal. Food which should have been hot was cold. My burger was half the size it normally is, cold onions, cold mushrooms on the burger, the burger was also cold. The fried onion wings tasted like they were from yesterday, cold. Others at our table had very similar issues. Manager offered to make us new meals, some said yes, they were a bit better, I did not, the meal I got ruined my taste buds for another meal. Waitress was nice, but while some people had not yet gotten their new dinners, she brought me the check, I said we wanted to wait to order desert. She gave us a menu, then came back and said do you know what you want for desert, the others just got their meal, common sense was not there yesterday. Manager adjusted our check, gave us extra Fathers Day glasses. We have been going to this place since it opened. I have no clue what is going on, but likely we might not go back.

Our reservation was at 3. We never were seated until 340. We finally got our food at 425. My daughter’s graduation was at 6, but she had to be there at 5. She has to eat like a prisoner in order to be on time. The waitress was rude. If you know it’s going to be busy, don’t let walk ins come.

Extremely busy on a Friday night but they got us in the time of our reservation which is a plus. Food was good, waitress was good but food took longer than I’d like. We will definitely go back again.
