   My family and I visited the Arlington location and had a wonderful experience. The host-staff greeted us promptly and very warmly. We asked for a larger booth and were accommodated without any hesitation. Landon, our server, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was consistent in checking on us and never missed a beat. The food was all very good and was a great experience overall!

   Food was not good. Strawberry lemonade was extra sweet . Probably won’t return.

   Great customer service! Paul greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very nice and accommodating. Our server Skylar was amazing, super thorough and went above and beyond with taking care of our big party. The fried calamari and wings were delicious per usual. Thank you guys for a great dinner and service!!

   Our waitress was AMAZING!! I believe her name was Leslie.. forgive me if that’s wrong. She was efficient and attentive. Food was great, as always.

   The restaurant was visibly busy so, i understand the service lacking a bit. We had a party of 5 and we all ordered at the same time. Everyone’s food came out together except mine. Again, i saw the restaurant was extremely busy so i was patient and waited. After around 15 minutes we had to hunt our server down and ask about my food. She immediately went and grabbed it. It was all cold and tasted AWFUL. I didn’t end up ordering any other food because the rest of the party was already done eating at this point. I just ordered a pizookie and we left. It was an awful birthday experience.

   I always enjoy the food at BJ’s Brewhouse. The only thing that keeps me from eating there more often is the price. At $25-30 per person, my family can’t afford to eat there frequently.

    No fault of our server but they need to figure something out… half table got their food The other half got food 20 minutes later . Big restaurant things should not work this way Watched other staff working all seemed overwhelmed and very moody ( grumpy)
