Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. I was seated right on time in accordance to my scheduled reservation. The service and the food was great.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my husband and I’s birthday. We had a party of 12 our waitress was extremely slow she also forgot many things and in fact told us that lemon was not important even though we asked her for three different times the food was subpar, and the service was below subpar.

Only gave 3 stars because they had no A/C working and there were bugs flying. Also we had to keep reminding the server to refill our drinks. We only stayed due to a reservation for a special occasion. If we could have made another reservation somewhere else in the appropriate time frame we would have. Bad business so will go somewhere else.

BJs has struggled with providing good service for a while now. With staff shortages on top of that, I feel nothing has changed. Thankfully, our server Rakaia (sp?) saved our dinner experience. She stepped up to serve our table after noticing how we had been ignored. She was attentive and courteous--showing no signs of stress in her service. It was much appreciated. I would dine here again if I can sit in her section!

Even though I made reservations, I still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The quality of the food is mediocre at best. I will not dine here again.
