Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. While our server was friendly, We waited too long for her to approach our table. She didn’t seem to know how to work the ordering tablet resulting in our appetizers arriving and half eaten before our drinks even arrived. My son never got his water. His entree was missing his chicken. She made it right by not charging him but by that time we just wanted to get out of there. I wanted to try their pkzookie but couldn’t risk missing our movie time waiting on the server

Me and my girlfriend went for a nice valentines dinner. We ordered two sirloin steaks and some sides. Her steak was extremely raw while mine was burnt and had no seasoning. Pretty disappointed considering the hour and half drive to get there. Wouldn’t really recommend..

Despite having a reservation we had to wait. The steak I ordered was overcooked and the waitress never checked back to see if the food was ok.

2nd visit to this establishment. The variety on their menu is great. We appreciate the value of the Weekend special. The Prime Rib was excellent, and we enjoyed the Pizookie.

A great place for a casual bite to eat. Service was excellent (Lily) and food was very good.

The service was lacking. Even with a reservation it took 20 minutes for our server to come by to ask for our drinks. Food was decent.

Our server was terrible. She didn’t come back to refill drinks, she forgot the mixed drinks and they say the bar over ten minutes, our food order was wrong as well. A manager never came by to check on us either.

We made reservations at 5 but they sat us early because we got there warlier than expected. Hostess was super nice and our waitress (Dawn) was awesome!! Food came out super fast and everything was delicious. It was my daughter’s sweet 16 and she had the best time. The pizookie was so good. Best dessert we’ve had in a while. Sliders, fries, steak,ribs, chicken tenders, and burgers were great. We’ll be back soon.

Food was fine nothing crazy. Service wasn’t very good forgot many things and overcharged us.
