Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Reservation was for 6pm for 7 people. It took 20 minutes to be acknowledged after we were seated and it was 30 minutes to get glasses of water. Food took an hour. They were busy so I’m assuming that was the reason. Food was mostly good although the salmon was dry and daughter’s noodles were bland. Overall it was OK but could have been a lot better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at the restaurant. The waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my meal. The food was of exceptional quality, with both the main course and beverages being highly flavorful. Highly recommended.

Our server was very good however our reservation was for 6pm we were seated quickly. Our server took our drink orders beers for my wife and I and lemonade for our daughters. Our daughter’s dinner hit our table before our beers even did, our server was very kind and checked on us. Our meals came out when my daughter’s dinners were almost done and then our beers finally came out. The food was subpar and beer was not very cold but because it wasn’t our servers fault I didn’t want to complain. I’m not sure if the bar can’t handle this demand but it wasn’t not a great experience.

Disappointed with the service and cleanliness. Food was good but small portions. I added for my wife’s birthday on the reservation and nothing happened.

I made a reservation to celebrate a special occasion with the family. To accommodate more people at a time, BJ’s created more tables to be seated at, which seems to be an accessibility issue. My father is disabled and usually the hostess will accommodate and sit us at a table. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and when we asked to be seated elsewhere, she said we would have to wait. She did not give us a new wait time or put us on a waiting list. The experience was awful to say the least and the staff working the front desk were unorganized, unresponsive, and not accommodating. I won’t be returning to BJs for this experience.

Bj's Pizza is always a good time. I've been to 4 different location from Sacramento, Mission Viejo, Cerritos, Oxnard and always had great service, food and killer beer. Never a bad time.

Our waiter seemed overwhelmed with the tables he had also when he was relieved on break the young lady who took over she seemed unorganized as well.My appetizers and salad came out with our meal which the appetizers were cold which means they had been sitting for a while I’m only assuming. Also this restaurant has a bad habit of not providing utensils there always missing when your food arrives. I love the restaurant but this location lacks effort and organization.
