Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We were here three weeks ago and everything was incredible, from the service to the food. Tonight was a completely different story. Service was slow and the food was just mediocre. Chicken came out not fully cooked, fettuccine Alfredo tasted like it was straight from a bag; the wings were definitely done before everything else and sat under the heat lamp. They were like warm by the time they got to the table. We were excited about our visit tonight, but will think twice before returning after this experience.

I like Bjs. Large menu many options. Service was great. Good place for large parties or just a place that’s kid friendly. We ordered steak medium well and it was well done. Only problem we had. Food came out quickly server was nice.

I was not disappointed with the food. The steak i ordered was cooked just the way I like and moist.

Food was great service was good they were very busy and took over an hour to get our food

Everyone food came out at different times and didn’t have everything that was ordered. I had to wait past 30 minutes for my steak. After I received my steak it was more fat than meat, the rice pilaf was dry and the cooks just sprinkle parmesan cheese over the rice.

It was a busy night but the service was outstanding. She was slammed but was attentive with drinks and food. Clean facilities with good processes.

The service was really poor. We arrived at 12:15 and were promptly seated and ordered appetizers. At 1, we had to find our server so that we could order our entrees. The drinks were not refilled until we asked them to be and we had to remind her to get the refills. At 2, we had to hunt the server down to ask for our check and to go boxes. I can’t believe I took us almost 2 hours for the meal especially on a weekday when it was not crowded.

Savannah was our server, for our table of 10. She did a fantastic job with our group. She was very personable. She was always on top of our needs and made sure everything was great. She does a great job!

Our server only came to our table a couple of times. Our drinks and food took entirely too long to arrive. After waiting over 40 minutes on our food, the server said that we were just waiting on one meal, so they were holding the others under heat lamps for that one meal?? When they finally brought the food the one meal that we were waiting on was the wrong item and it was obvious by the server's response that he knew it was wrong but brought it anyway. Were told that a manager would come by but no one ever did. Easily one of the worse service experiences I have ever had in a restaurant.
