   our worst experience ever here. my meal was delivered 20 minutes before my wife's. her vegetables were tough and undercooked. my chili in a bread bowl and side salad were fine. service was mediocre, at best, not their best effort

   We asked to have our floor cleaned by the host but he completely ignored us and we had to wait for our server to ask again and have him do it.

   Company luncheon gathering on day-after Christmas, many open tables so immediately warm greeting by the hostess and got seated. Menu was comprehensive for a micro-brewery house, ranging from hot-and-spicy wings appetizer to healthy soup and salad combo, with popular flat bread pizza, BBQ ribs, steaks and fishes in between, all complementary to restaurant's immense selection of brewery choice from light to medium to full-body taste of fresh ales.

   We reserved a table and still waited 10 minutes for the table to seated. After seating it took 20 minutes before my husband went to inform the hostess that no waiter had been by to even take our drink order

   My husband asked for medium rare prime rib and he got rare. Rare that he couldn’t even cut through the prime rib. Also, he wasn’t offered a glass when given a can of beer. The waiter was extremely nice and attentive though.

   Gabriella was amazing we were a party of 18 and she took great care of us. Took our drink orders regularly, food order was smooth, attentive and friendly and did not get overwhelmed by a large party, even though she was taking care of other tables as well. The food from the kitchen came out sporadically but Gabriela apologized and continued to keep checking on us. When the food did arrive it was good. Great night at BJ’s

   Our family went for lunch, we ordered appetizers, salad, soup, side order for kids, pizza and dessert. I was disappointed for reasons below: 1. Dirty setting with used napkin 2. Kids food and salad came very last before dessert 3. Waitress kept forgetting the requests 4. Not much service for a big group 5. We tipped waitress some in cash, then put rest gratuity on card. Waitress came and told me big party needs to have at least 18% tips, which I had to explained that we tip you on the pretax amount. I feel I’ve been forced to tip 18% even there’s not much service and quite disorganized on the order of dishes.

    We haven’t been here in a while. WOW, things have changed. This used to be a really great BJ’s. We used to drive 9 miles to come here when we live less than a mile from the Montebello BJ’s. Hostess was rather short with us. Then we asked about our rewards issue and she just told us our waitress could help us with that. Food- baked ziti was extremely oily. The ziti was mostly cheese. Once my wife was able to see the bottom, there was a puddle of oil the ziti was sitting in. Her salad, another sad dish. More than 1/3 of the lettuce was brown. That salad should never have been served. My double cut pork chop was dry and it was not seasoned at all. The baked potato was cold and served with bacon and cheese. I didn’t get a choice when I ordered the baked potato. The waitress seemed a little frazzled so I just scraped the ton of cheese and bacon off the potato. The potato was so cold the butter and sour cream didn’t melt. Over $80 for this horrible dinner!!!
