Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Maitre d' seemed bored and indifferent; waitress was clearly indifferent at best. Claimed not to have cabernet sauvignon; also did not have a hard seltzer listed on the menu. When we asked about a different one, she brought out the can, set it on the table, and walked away. We had to catch her attention, some time later, to request a glass. The sirloin I ordered did not come with the sauce the menu described and was completely overcooked (I had asked for medium, it was not even pink). To her credit, she offered to replace it. Not wanting to waste, I declined.

The food was great, the waiter kept forgetting things we needed. Otherwise a pretty good experience.

The prime rib special was Very Good! Waiter was hustling also.

It was ok. My whole family got their meal way before me. I ordered the filet. by the time it came out my family was already done with their meal. The server was very nice and apologies. The manager came out. First he said he could take only 20% off. But after talking to him he agreed to comp the meal. Which was nice but it would have been better to have been able to eat with my family. Do better with having the kitchen communicate.

Got in early enough on Sunday with very little people, and our group was able to have a good conversation without yelling or leaning into each other.

Our group was happy with the ease of making the reservation on line, which was confirmed, and the greeting we received when we arrived. Our server was very accommodating when we asked for separate checks although some checks were mixed up. Everyone liked their food. I would gladly bring a group here again.
