Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Party of 6 and it took over an hour to get our food and then another 45 for pozookies

We are frequent diners. We were there to celebrate our daughter in laws birthday. I put the note on the reservation and reminded the server at the beginning of the meal. I think our server was having a bad day. She was not very friendly (as most servers at BJs are). Took the orders. Brought three of the four entrees. Just threw them at us. The fourth entree arrived 5 minutes later. Dessert time had to remind her AGAIN that this was a birthday. She took the order for the free pizookie. Brought it to us with no candle or other recognition of her birthday. Said “sorry no candle “. Threw the desserts at us. We noticed that other tables celebrating birthdays did have a candle in the pizookie. We celebrated ourselves with no help from the restaurant. Service is a major value when dining out. For this experience I’m afraid BJs was a big fail. Food was good though.

We ordered the avocado egg rolls with tamarind dipping sauce, and spaghetti with meatballs. They were delicious! Although, the bar was busy and I waited for 15-20 minutes for my triple patron margarita, the drink was excellent and was worth waiting for. Last but not least, our server, Christine, was all smiles and kept apologizing for the delay on my drink. She even went and beyond to get us two delicious bread for our spaghetti! We wish all servers in the world are like Christine! We will definitely be back and will request for Christine!

It was good overall. Just a little confusion before being seated. Bathroom was a mess but was cleaned up quickly. Enjoyed the food and the waitress was very helpful and friendly.

Food took 1 hour to receive. Two dishes had to be returned as it obviously sat under warming lights for a while. The replaced food was very good. Potatoes on another dish was COLD.

Service was not good. Our food kept getting brought to the wrong table. Food was cold. Ambience was terrible. All you hear are people complaining about how long it takes to get things. Food was bland. Not terrible, but not great for how much the price was. 18$ for a burger that tasted like Burger King.

The rice was not cooked well, was very hard in texture. Waitress was overloaded, could not give attention

We choose BJ’s because the menu has a good variety. Love their salads. Each time I’ve been there food and drink are always good. Service is good, better at times!
