Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. I really felt welcome i drove in from San Bernardino, reason being, had no opening over in my area. I really enjoyed the staff and the environment and I had my first steak and it was perfect. Great service and vibe definitely will becoming back.

Can’t go wrong with a BJs pizza and of course a pazookie. Had really good service overall great experience for my family. Jeremiah Red say less…

For our 10 Guests we had several issues with our food. Pizza was under cooked, a side dish was over cooked and inedible. When sent back the kitchen returned it and said that is they way they do it. It was a very busy night but it was hard to enjoy. I feel our waitress was caught between our table.

We had a good time thanks to the company we were with but the service and food were incredibly disappointing (and the bar wasn’t that high to begin with). Two orders were incorrect (wrong protein on dishes), the ribs dish came out inedible (and the shrimp/steak dish they replaced it with weren’t much better), they offered to bring our young kids’ dinners first (which we graciously accepted) but didn’t actually bring them for another ten mins after the adult meals. We ordered the dip trio plate which came with very few chips and had to ask 4 more times for more chips. The chips came after we were finished with dinner. Finally, the initial bill came with incorrect/additional charges. In the end, we had a great time with friends but a terrible experience with BJs. We did not feel the food or service was anywhere close to the $375 it cost us.

Everything was great. I took off one star due to the server not asking if we needed a refill when the glass was almost empty. I'm of the school they should ask when your drink is 1/2 full. Other than that, the food was good and came out quickly.

All our glasses/cups were DIRTY. You could feel gunk all over the outside of the glass. And then I checked on the inside it and was also really dirty. Very grossed out. Service was good. Food was decent…. But really grossed out with the dirty dishes. Everyone I was sitting by in our group had the same comment about the cups.

We had a wonderful lunch today celebrating our ☀️🌴 Pool Posse and Christmas! Sloan was a great server very attentive! There was no problem with our reservation and we all enjoyed our food so much! I absolutely love their brussels sprouts !!

Server was pleasant but not very attentive. Had to ask for several condiments that should have been included with meal. 2 out of the 4 meals ordered were wrong. Fish and chips first came out burnt and then very greasy and too much batter and not enough meat. Busboy dropped ranch dressing on my son in laws pants. Very apologetic (it was an accident) but no compensation or offer to make anything right. Sad because our bill came to over $145 and most of the food was either cold or barely edible.
